What we hold
Your account details, your properties and their compliance dates, the documents you upload, your income and expense records, and — where you enter them — details of your tenants.
Why we hold it
To provide the service you've asked for: working out what you need to do, reminding you before deadlines, storing your evidence and preparing your tax figures.
Where it lives
In the United Kingdom. Documents are stored encrypted and are only ever opened through a link that expires within a minute.
Reading your certificates
When you photograph a certificate we send the image to an AI service that acts strictly on our instructions. It does not keep your documents and does not train on them.
Tenant data
You decide what tenant information to record. We ask for the minimum the law requires, and we'll help you delete it when you no longer need it.
What we never do
We never sell your data to third parties. We do not share it with insurers, lenders or anyone else without your say-so.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. The export is in your account under “Your data”, and it keeps working even if your subscription lapses.
